Ingredients
I pound of 90/10 Ground beef
1 15oz can of Pinto Beans
1/4 Cup of Nacho Cheese Sauce
1 Cup of White Rice
1 Package of Tortillas
Taco Seasoning packet or make it homemade
Execution
Prepare the Beef: In a pan on medium-high heat saute the beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and mix in the taco seasoning.
Rice: Cook the rice on the instant pot on the rice setting or prepare the rice on the stovetop. Add a chicken buillion cube for extra flavor.
Stir it Up : in the beef pan, incorporate the cooked rice, can of pinto beans, and nacho cheese. Mix until well combined.
Make the Burritos: add in 3/4 cup of the burrito filling into a tortilla and fold into a burrito. spray avocado oil on a pan and set to medium heat. Put the burrito folded side on the pan and brown each side of the burrito for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Additional tips
- For burritos el fresca, add in salsa, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and avocados into the tortillas with the burrito mix.
